SHIPPING
Please note that, shipping charges will be added to your total order, based on the weight of your order. All orders will be shipped by registered priority mail with tracking number. Please be advised that your shipment may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. We cannot be responsible for such fees that occur. Please be sure to advise us prior to shipment if you have any special instructions.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. It is essential for us to provide you with a reliable, quick and trustworthy service on a very high professional level. To enable this, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours after payment notification received and should arrive to your destination within 12-24 business days. However, due to holidays or other reasons delays may occur. We will notify you through an e-mail if there is any delay in dispatching your order.

We try to keep our web site up to date with items that we have on stock, however it is inevitable that we do occasionally run out of items. If we do not complete your order entirely, we regret any inconvenience this may cause. If an item is out of stock it will be removed from your order and note on your invoice. Items not shipped, of course, will not appear on your final invoice.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer´s responsibility. Please check with your country´s custom office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to buying.

RETURN POLICY
All merchandise is guaranteed to be of the kind and quality shown. No returns without prior approval, and absolutely no returns after 14 days from receipt of merchandise, regardless of reason. Damage claims must be filed immediately with the delivering carrier, and we must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of damaged merchandise by you. Any authorized return other than for damage or error on our part will be subject to a restocking fee of not less than 10%. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returns other than damage or error. All returns must be carefully packed in the original packaging and shipping cartons, with all shipping charges prepaid.
